Couple of Things

It's funny how things happen. You plan for one thing, and then out of nowhere, your plans change dramatically. A couple of months ago, when I looked at a calendar, the rest of the year looked pretty slow for me. So I decided to get on the ball and get some holiday cards designed and available for sale. I also wanted to book a lot of holiday sessions.

Then, in September, Hurrican Ike hit the same day I was supposed to shoot a wedding in Houston. It got rescheduled for yesterday, Oct 25. Then, a few weeks later, I booked 2 weddings for December and another for January. And I already had one on the books for February. So needless to say, my planner went from fairly empty to really full. If it was just the actual day of the wedding that was work, it would be no biggy..but there's a lot of editing and orders to fill in between all these weddings.

So, all that being said...I only have 4 holiday cards to offer this year. I already posted 2 of them, but here's all 4 so you can see them all together. If you are interested, please email me. You can send me photos to include or we can set up a session.

We had a busy weekend shooting Erin and Adam's wedding re-do. They decided to get married for real on Saturday, Sept 13 when Ike hit. But they wanted their family and friends to share in their ceremony, and to get to have a rockin reception. We had a great (and tiring) time. Pictures and details of our day coming soon!
